2022 Acquiesce Winery & Vineyards Picpoul Blanc
This crisp
white offers bright acidity with lovely aroma of crisp apple and pear with
lemon and a faint violet scent; lean yet refreshingly silky and fine textured.
We offer one of the very few bottlings in the U.S. of this unique wine.
Literally translating to “lip stinger” this high acid varietal is perfect with
oysters, mussels, shellfish, Thai foods (it loves cilantro), tuna, ceviche and
salads.
With just a few acres of this delightful grape planted in the U.S., our recently replanted estate vineyard produced some great Picpoul fruit this past Fall and it is already showing well in the bottle.
