2022 Purple Corduroy Blonde Siren Sauvignon Blanc
Whole cluster pressed, retaining only free run and soft press fractions. Cold settled, clean racked and fermented in cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks, filtered, and bottled. The result is a crisp, clean white wine with a complex aromatic profile, unique sequence of flavors and focus on the palates.
Pan roasted macadamia nuts, green mango, white peaches, yellow nectarines, lemon zest, key lime, and Grand Marnier all make cameo appearances. There is a distinct minerality that tangos with citrus-like acidity.
