Our first vintage of Sparkling Rosado pours a brilliant rose gold. It has enchanting aromatics of almond, vanilla blossom, fresh strawberry , and Santa Rose plum. It has a crisp acidity that succumbs to light flavors of Amaretto, fresh cherry juice, zesty kiwi, and fresh brioche. Bubbly and incredibly drinkable, this wine is not to be missed.
