2021 Acquiesce Winery & Vineyards Ingenue
Harvested in the Mokelumne River AVA of the Lodi Appellation, our grape clones are Tablas Creek cuttings from the famous French Château de Beaucastel Winery in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region. This wine is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette Blanche, Bourboulenc and Picpoul Blanc. We enjoy this wine with gruyere grilled cheese, tomato tart, pork belly, goat cheese and so much more.
Very high toned, exuberant nose of primarily minerals and fresh fennel, with suggestions of lemon/citrus and spring/floral notes; medium-full body of moderate weight despite meaty, slightly dense, textured qualities, finishing with mineral and citrus notes in the mouth.
