Klinker Brick's 1850 is comprised of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petite Sirah and 10% Old Vine Zinfandel. With aromatics of black currant, raspberry, red licorice, eucalyptus with just a hint of black pepper, the wine has an enticing aroma. On the palate, dense layers of raspberries and stone fruit are coupled with cinnamon and spice. 1850°, is the temperature at which each and every unique Klinker Brick is fired.
