Harvest date: September 23, 2019
This crisp Picpoul was whole cluster pressed and fermented with native yeast in a stainless steel tank. The wine was allowed to go through malolactic fermentation.
The wine shows a flinty and spiced quince character on the nose, with a gentle acidity and green apple on the palate. Aging on the lees lends it a creamy finish.
