This wine is field blend of Rousanne, Viognier, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc that is then pressed on top of Picpoul Blanc. It is aged for 5 months in stainless steel. It Begins with enticing aromas of almond, sugar candy, and candied apple which lead into gracious flavors of Meyer lemon, pear, marzipan and a touch of almond milk. This wine finishes long and clean.
