A fresh, bright Cabernet with ample dark fruit notes of blackberry and black cherry. Aromas of cassis and clove emerge, with subtle hints of coconut and dill. Medium-bodied and smooth. The composition of the wine makes up of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Petite Sirah. The wine was aged 12 months 80% French oak barrel and 20% American oak barrel.
