Notes of tangerine, ruby grapefruit, and the juiciness of limeade this 2022 Rosé of Pinot by Peltier in its ruby pink color has the same round acidity as a small freshly picked strawberry. Made in the Saignée method, the estate grown Pinot Noir saw minimal skin contact to impart color and expertly balanced sweetness and acidity. The estate vineyards are Lodi Rules certfied and implements several sustainability practices such as owl boxes, cover crops, and water conservation.
