Pinot Noir Around the World: A Guided Tasting by Fred Swan

Pinot Noir is America’s hottest red wine variety and for good reason! It is fruity, complex, smooth, and goes well with a wide range of foods. Pinot Noir styles vary widely based on the region in which the grapes are grown and who's making the wine. 
 
Join wine and spirits educator, writer, and sommelier Fred Swan on December 13 at the Lodi Wine Visitor Center (2545 West Turner Road, Lodi, 95242) for a 90- to 120-minute tasting of Pinot Noir from California, Oregon, France, New Zealand, and Australia. You'll gain an understanding of the Pinot character these regions tend to create and how to better understand what a wine may be like just by reading the label. Plus, you’ll discover new wines to love!
