St.Amant Winery

St.Amant is a small family owned winery founded in 1979 by Tim and Barbara Spencer. Located in Lodi, California we pride ourselves in producing handcrafted wines of superb quality. We strive to create fruit-forward food-friendly delicious wines, and firmly believe that wine, first and foremost, is a beverage of pleasure, best enjoyed with family and friends.

St.Amant focuses on Mediterranean grapes crafting distinctive wines from Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian varietals in addition to California’s own Old Vine Zinfandel. We strongly believe that all great wines are made in the vineyard, and meticulously focus on low yields with concentrated fruit flavors. Our winemaking follows simple traditional hands-on techniques designed for maximum expression of each of the vineyard sites. We strive to create well-balanced delicious wines that people enjoy to drink.

Visiting St.Amant is all about the wines. We are located in an old post prohibition era cooperative winery on the east side of Lodi. It’s nothing fancy – just great wine!
