LangeTwins Family Winery and Vineyards is proud to feature Texas James Beard Chef Molly McCook at their opening event for ZinFest 2017! McCook will be joined by her co-owner, general partner and wine aficionado, Richard King. The Texas culinary pair has created a unique menu to showcase LangeTwins wines, including a four-year library tasting of the winery’s domestic Bordeaux, Midnight Reserve. As a recipient of the Danielle Carlisle Award for excellence in culinary studies from the California Culinary Academy, McCook has a passion for sustainable dining. The evening will feature a pairing and tasting of ten different LangeTwins wines, including an introduction of a newly released 2016 Chenin Blanc. Click here to view the exquisite menu.
