LVVR Sparkling Cellars
LVVR Sparkling Cellars is a winery featuring only sparkling wines produced by methode champenoise. Grapes for all wines are sourced from Lodi vineyards. Fruit is carefully selected and processed to produce a premium product.
The entire production process takes place in-house. This includes bottling, addition of liquer de tirage, disgorgement, addition of dosage, re-corking, and hooding.
Tours are available.
