It’s back… The third annual epic block party celebrating the Handle District and all things Farm to Fork in Sacramento! Yelp, in partnership with the Handle District, Trinity Fresh, LoCA – The Wines of Lodi, CA, 1801 L Street and the Midtown Business Association, is taking over a block of L St. and the adjacent courtyard for a dizzying afternoon of free bites from an array of local restaurants, farm fresh produce, complimentary drinks, live music and much more. THE NORTHWEST FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL

In 2013 The Northwest Food and Wine Festival will return as the definitive wine festival in Portland with a targeted half day wine and food celebration created to present a rich rewarding experience for wine lovers and gourmet food enthusiasts. Guests can expect a floor filled with over 600 wines and 50 restaurants and gourmet food tastes which feature an incredible array of options for pairings. They will receive a wine glass, and be able to navigate the floor, smelling, savoring and seeing the bounty of the Northwest, delighting in its offerings. Whether enjoying the raw oysters and wonderful seafood, chocolate with fresh strawberries or the one on one conversations with the restaurants involved all will appreciate the epicurean atmosphere. Industry booths of gourmet food, wine and culinary accoutrement’s will introduce their brand or product to attendees. The festival also highlights spirits, beers, pate’s, lamb and all things good! Spirits, wines and some food may be purchased to be enjoyed later at home.
