Master of Wine Tim Hanni to visit Lodi Wine County, August 9 & 10

Tim Hanni, MW (Master of Wine) will be at the Lodi Wine & Visitor Center on Saturday and Sunday, August 9 and 10, demonstrating the art of balancing food and wine flavors. He will be introducing a new flavor balancing seasoning called Vignon.

In the wine world, Tim is known as the advocate for helping the consumer discover their wine and food preferences. Only one of 264 Masters of Wine in the world, Tim was the first of two Americans to acheive what is regarded as the highest accolade in the international wine industry.

Tim will be offering foods known difficult to pair wines with and match them with a selection of wines from the Lodi appellation. He will be educating the consumer on how the human sensations connect so any food and wine combination can work together.

Demonstrations will be held throughout the day from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday and 11:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday. There is no charge for the presentation.
