Chef Ruben with Alebrijes Mexican Bistro will be demonstrating and sampling cuisine paired with Lodi Wines.
The class will be on Tuesday, September 9, 2008, with a wine social starting at 6PM and the pairing class from 6:30PM to 8PM.
