Lodi’s Wine & Chocolate Weekend is the perfect tie that binds…

Friends, lovers, wine countrymen, lend us your ears, noses and tasting palates:

Lodi’s 15th annual Wine & Chocolate Weekend is upon us; taking place February 11-12, 2012 (11 AM-4 PM), when over 45 of our wineries roll out the Valentine’s-red carpets to their doors to show off their richest, juiciest wines with decadent chocolates and other treats, lots of live music, direct-from-barrel tastings, art exhibits, professional photo portraits, and more…

It is literally a party scene nearly everywhere you go in Lodi for these two days.  Each ticket gets you the royal treatment, plus a commemorative wine glass and a chocolate tin, some of which might contain a “Golden Ticket” that could win you a Wine Country Getaway or one of over 100 other prizes.  Fine wine and chocolates… what better way to tighten the ties that bind us all together?

It would be wise to purchase your tickets in advance for $45 (please visit Lodi Wine & Chocolate Weekend); although it is possible to purchase tickets for $55 at the door of any winery or at the Lodi Wine & Visitor Center.

Every picture tells a story, and undoubtedly during last year’s Lodi Wine & Chocolate Weekend there were countless memorable ones.  Some of those scenes from 2011′s Valentine’s weekend:
